Inputs

Pre-enrollment,  Horizon integrates multiple biological data sources:

Single-cell RNA sequencing
Digital pathology imaging
Multi-omics tumor data

 

This enables analysis of tumors at the level of individual cells and their spatial organization within tissue.

Visibility

Horizon identifies insights often invisible to standard genomic approaches:

Which cancer cells may already be resistant to a therapy
Where those cells are located within the tumor
Whether the drug can effectively reach its intended targets

 

These insights determine whether a patient’s tumor is  biologically compatibile with a therapy.
